Job Description

  • Supervise and manage daily production activities on the shop floor
  • Ensure production targets are achieved within timeline
  • Maintain quality standards in all manufacturing processes
  • Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch departments
  • Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime
  • Improve productivity and minimize material wastage
  • Prepare and maintain production reports and MIS
