We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Sales Manager to lead, train, and grow a team of insurance advisors & leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance sales advisors/leaders
Set sales targets and ensure achievement of individual and team goals
Motivate, coach, and monitor team performance through regular reviews
Support advisors/leaders in closing high-value and complex insurance cases
