Job Description
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele-caller who can effectively communicate with potential clients and convert leads into site visits for our premium residential and investment projects in Vrindavan & Barsana.
Key Responsibilities:
Call fresh & existing leads from company database and marketing campaigns
Understand client requirements (budget, purpose, timeline)
Explain project details in a simple and attractive way
Convince clients to visit site (Primary Goal)
Schedule and confirm site visit appointments
Handle follow-ups regularly and maintain strong client relationship
Update call status and lead details in CRM system
Performance Expectations (KPIs):
80–120 calls per day
Generate quality interested leads
Fix 3–5 site visits daily
Maintain proper follow-up system
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (Hindi must, basic English preferred)
Strong convincing & negotiation ability
Positive attitude & target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of sales (Real Estate experience is a plus)
