Sales Executive

Key Responsibility Areas 

 A. Attendance & Daily Briefing

• Report on time with proper grooming and uniform
• Attend daily briefing and understand:
• Sales targets, Promotions, Priority products
• Maintain discipline and professional conduct, ensure daily alignment and performance readiness.

🔹 B. Gold Rate Awareness & Pricing Accuracy

• Check and update the daily gold rate before store opening
• Maintain a clear understanding of:
• 22KT / 24KT pricing, making charges, and tax components
• Communicate pricing confidently to customers and build customer trust through accuracy.

🔹 C. Stock Check & Display Management

• Verify opening stock (count & weight)
• Arrange display:
• High-margin products in front
• Clean and attractive layout
• Ensure all products are properly tagged, maintain display quality and stock control.

🔹 D. Customer Handling & Product Pitching

• Greet customers within 30 seconds
• Understand the requirement:
• Occasion, Budget, Product preference
• Present a minimum of 3 options (Good–Better–Best)
• Explain product details clearly, improve customer engagement and conversion.

🔹 E. Upselling & Cross-Selling

• Suggest:
• Higher value products
• Matching/combo items
• Position upsell as a customer benefit
• Maintain a consultative approach, increase bill value

🔹 F. Scheme Promotion & Conversion

• Introduce schemes to every customer
• Explain the benefits clearly
• Support the enrollment process
• Follow up on interested customers, improve recurring revenue and customer retention

🔹 G. Sales Completion & Customer Experience

• Ensure accurate billing:
• Weight, Rate, Charges
• Support the payment process
• Encourage Google reviews
• Update customer details in CRM, deliver a seamless purchase experience

🔹 H. End-of-Day (EOD) Closing & Reporting

• Perform stock reconciliation
• Verify cash and digital payments
• Submit daily sales report:
• Walk-ins, Sales, Schemes
• Ensure proper handover, maintain operational accuracy and control.
