Key Responsibilities

* Build a strong team to give a business growth. 

* Manage a team to give effective productivity

* Achieve the business targets effectively

* Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities

* Meet clients at their location and explain company offerings

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

* Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into successful business

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing

* Maintain and update customer records and documentation

* Achieve assigned targets and contribute to team performance
