Job Description
- Source Home Loan and LAP business through open market, builders, brokers, and connectors.
- Generate new customer leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain loan products and guide customers through the application process.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings regularly.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth processing and disbursement.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-up with customers.
- Maintain market intelligence and competitor analysis.
