Business Development Executive (BDE) – Skills & Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate new business opportunities and identify potential customers.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
3. Conduct market research to identify new business trends and opportunities.
4. Present company products and services to prospective customers.
5. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
6. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
7. Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer support.
8. Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
10. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
11. Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
12. Develop strategies to expand the company's market presence.
