Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant who has working knowledge of Tally. The selected candidate will also be trained to work on Invoice Portals, VAHAN Portal, Insurance Portals, and other company software. Freshers with good accounting knowledge and willingness to learn are welcome.

Responsibilities

- Maintain accounts in Tally.

- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.

- Prepare GST-related invoices and maintain accounting records.

- Generate and manage invoices through company portals.

- Handle vehicle registration work on the VAHAN portal (training provided).

- Process insurance-related documentation (training provided).

- Maintain customer and financial records accurately.

- Coordinate with the sales and finance teams.

- Perform other accounting and office-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles.

- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email).

- Good communication and willingness to learn new software.

- Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.
