Job Description
We are an emerging Educational ERP company focused on transforming the operations of Universities, Colleges, and Educational Institutions through smart digital solutions. Our ERP system helps institutions manage admissions, academics, fees, examinations, HR, communication, analytics, and overall campus operations efficiently.
We are looking for passionate and energetic Business Development Executives (BDEs) who can help us expand our presence in the education sector.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads from Colleges, Universities, and Educational Groups.
- Connect with decision-makers such as Directors, Principals, Registrars, and Management Teams.
- Schedule ERP demonstrations and coordinate with the technical/demo team.
- Explain ERP features and benefits according to institutional requirements.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain daily sales activity reports and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the education sector.
- Represent the company in educational events, seminars, and exhibitions.
