Job Description
* Supervise and manage daily factory production activities.
* Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timelines.
* Monitor workers and machine operations to maintain smooth production flow.
* Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
* Coordinate with different departments to resolve production-related issues.
* Keep records of raw materials, production output, and finished goods.
