Supervisor

## Job Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise labour workforce at client sites and ensure smooth operations.

* Maintain daily attendance records and prepare manpower reports.

* Allocate duties and responsibilities to workers as per site requirements.

* Coordinate with clients regarding manpower needs, complaints, and operational updates.

* Conduct regular field visits to monitor worker performance, discipline, and productivity.

* Handle labour issues and resolve problems on-site in a timely manner.

* Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of new workers.

* Maintain office records including attendance sheets, worker details, salary data, and documentation.

* Verify overtime details and support payroll processing.

* Ensure proper use and maintenance of company uniforms, ID cards, and other assets.

* Maintain communication between management, clients, and workers.

* Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.

* Ensure company policies, safety guidelines, and work standards are followed.

* Manage emergency manpower requirements and provide quick solutions.

## Required Skills:

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Good communication and coordination abilities.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp).

* Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

* Responsible, honest, and willing to travel for field work.
