PositionFinancial Consultant
- EligibilityAge: 18 years and above
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Key ResponsibilitiesPromote HDFC Life insurance products and solutions.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Identify potential clients and generate business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned business targets.
- Generate a minimum business volume of ₹2,00,000 within the first 3 months.
- Branch Visit RequirementMandatory 8 branch visits per month
- Branch meeting timing: 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM
- Earnings & BenefitsMonthly income ranging from ₹7,500 to ₹20,500
- Earnings are performance-based and depend on the business generated by the Financial Consultant.
- The maximum payout of ₹20,500 can be achieved upon meeting the required business criteria, including generating a minimum of 3 policies for the company.
