Job Description
Front Desk Manager
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations of the front desk and reception area.
* Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
* Supervise and guide front desk executives/receptionists.
* Handle appointment scheduling, billing, and payment processing.
* Ensure smooth coordination between clients and salon staff.
* Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
* Maintain customer records and update the salon software.
* Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and front desk discipline.
* Prepare daily sales, cash, and appointment reports.
* Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
* Job timings are 9:30 am to 7:30 pm.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Manager .
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Good knowledge of billing software and MS Office.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
