Job Description

Position: Senior Manager – Accounts
Industry: Hospital
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Location: Meerut
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall accounting operations, financial reporting, and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
- Prepare budgets, MIS reports, and financial analysis for management review.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team for smooth financial operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support internal/external audits.
- Manage cash flow, fund planning, and financial controls.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified CA / CA Inter.
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and finalization of accounts.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good analytical and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and team management abilities.
