Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate customer bills and invoices accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update stock records regularly.
  • Use Tally software for accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Utilize Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis (preferred).
  • Manage email communication: sending and receiving bills, updates, and correspondence.
  • Share bills and documents with customers via WhatsApp and email.
  • Support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure records are up to date.


Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong computer literacy (emails, attachments, scanning, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients via email and WhatsApp.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in billing and stock management.
