Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Continental cuisine, team handling skills, food quality control, and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Monitor food stock, wastage, and inventory
- Support menu planning and recipe standardization
- Train junior chefs and kitchen helpers
- Ensure timely food preparation and service
- Follow SOPs and safety standards of the resort
- Coordinate with service team for guest satisfaction
- RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel/resort kitchen operations
- Good knowledge of multi-cuisine preparation
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
