Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident, smart, and energetic Female Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves communicating with salons, beauty parlours, distributors, and bulk buyers to introduce our products, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales.

The candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customers over calls and WhatsApp professionally.

About Our ProductsWe manufacture and supply salon disposable products used daily in salons and beauty parlours, including:

• Waxing strips
• Disposable bedsheets
• Disposable towels
• Salon capes
• Facial wipes & tissues
• Non-woven disposable products
• Other salon hygiene consumables

Our products are supplied in bulk to salons, distributors, and professional beauty businesses across the market.

• ResponsibilitiesMake outbound sales calls to salons and beauty businesses
• Introduce and explain products to customers
• Generate new leads and maintain customer relationships
• Follow up with existing and potential clients
• Handle customer queries professionally on calls and WhatsApp
• Maintain customer and sales records
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing
• Support basic office or work-related tasks when required as part of the team environment
• RequirementsFemale candidate preferred
• Good spoken English and Hindi
• Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a professional team environment
• Prior telesales or customer handling experience is a plus
