Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Garh Road, Meerut
Company: Shahji Ghee
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team in Meerut. The role involves calling potential and existing customers, promoting our range of premium products including desi ghee, cold-pressed oils, and honey, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Explain product benefits and build customer trust
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer database and follow-ups
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for order processing
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of telesales or telecalling experience
- Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM handling)
- Sales-driven mindset with target-oriented approach
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in FMCG or food products sales
- Local market understanding of Meerut
Salary: As per experience + Incentives
Working Hours: Full-time
