Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Two Wheeler Workshop Manager who can handle daily workshop operations, manage technicians, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete workshop operations and service activities.

• Handle customer queries and provide proper service updates.

• Supervise mechanics and tecnical staff

• Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles.

• Maintain workshop discipline and productivity.

• Monitor spare parts availability and inventory.

• Prepare job cards and service reports.

• Achieve service targets and customer satisfaction goals.

• Ensure proper diagnosis and repair quality.

• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the workshop.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of two wheeler servicing and repairs.

• Team handling and leadership skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Ability to manage pressure and daily operations efficiently.
