THE LAZY SPOON CAFE – A modern and premium startup café brand focused on bringing authentic Maharashtrian snacks and Mumbai-style cuisine to Midnapore Town, West Midnapore, West Bengal.
We are currently in the pre-launch phase and looking for passionate and energetic Café Cooks / All-Rounder Chefs to be part of our exciting startup journey. Candidates with Maharashtrian cuisine knowledge and previous work experience in Maharashtra will be highly preferred.
📍 Location: Midnapore Town, West Midnapore, West Bengal
💼 Position: Café Cook
🕒 Job Type: Full-time
🔹 Responsibilities:
✔️ Prepare authentic Maharashtrian snacks such as Vada Pav, Misal Pav, Dabeli, and Poha
✔️ Prepare Mumbai-style beverages like Kadak Chai and Tandoor Chai
✔️ Prepare Shawarma, Sandwiches, Rolls, Momos, and other fast-food items
✔️ Knowledge of Maharashtrian beverages like Kokam Sharbat, Kuka, Mastani, etc.
✔️ Maintain hygiene, food quality, and kitchen cleanliness
✔️ Manage kitchen operations, stock, and inventory
🔹 Requirements:
✔️ 1–3 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or fast-food kitchen (experience in Maharashtra preferred)
✔️ Multi-cuisine knowledge will be an added advantage
✔️ Passion for learning, creativity, and growth
✔️ Passion for quality and customer satisfaction
✔️ Team player with a positive attitude
✔️ Strong work ethic and startup mindset
💰 Salary: As per market standard + Food + Incentives
