Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Padpeti Bank. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a Padpeti Bank, cooperative bank, savings institution, or similar financial organization. The candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, customer relationships, staff supervision, deposit growth, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
