Job Description
Core Responsibilities:Oversee All Mechanics - Supervise technicians, monitor work quality, manage performance
- Pre-Inspection - Approve jobs before work starts (prevent mistakes early)
- Post-Inspection - Inspect EVERY completed bike, PASS/FAIL decision (95%+ target)
- Maximize Repairs - Increase e bikes repair per day
- Increase Productivity - Speed up repairs, reduce time-wasting, better processes
- Warranty Management - Reduce warranty claims by 70%, track root causes
- Inventory Control - Manage parts, tools, stock levels, prevent wastage
- Quality Reporting - Monthly reports with data, trends, improvements
- Technician Training - 1 training session per month, mentoring
- Safety & Compliance - Clean workshop, safe procedures, legal compliance
