Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, interview, and hire new employees.

- Conduct employee training and software training sessions.

- Monitor and evaluate employee performance.

- Manage payroll processes and ensure timely payments.

- Handle office expense management and budgeting.

- Coordinate logistics for material dispatch.

- Facilitate distributor onboarding and related formalities.

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.

- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.

Business Develoment Activities

1.  Lead Management - Calling on New Leads and Report the same

2. Lead Follow Up Follow Up on Existing Leads

3. Perfoma invoice Make a Performa Invoice for converted leads and follow up for the payment on the same

4. Data Distribution

5.    Distribute converted leads or near converted leads to the concerned person

6.    Shipment Booking: Book shipments and pickups for the small LTL loads from the office

HR Activities:

1. Take the first round of Interviews for eligible candidates
2. Forward Shortlisted Candidates for the second round
3. Salary Negotiation and finalisation of selected candidates
4. Joining Documentation of the candidates

Admin Activities:

1. Record Keeping and accouting work
2. Sale Purchase data management
3. Expense entry & book keeping
