Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Bhayandar West
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries with professionalism, provide accurate information, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Reach out to potential customers, follow up on leads, and promote company services/products.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
- Maintain and update customer records, track interactions, and ensure data accuracy in the CRM system.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum HSC Pass (12th grade). (Fresher/Experience)
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in one mandatory language: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Assamese, Oriya, Bengali, or Punjabi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse customers.
