Job Description
We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven Performance Marketing Professional who can help scale our digital presence, generate high-quality leads, and position the clinic as a leading cosmetic dental brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
* Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
* Google Ads
* YouTube Ads
* LinkedIn Ads (optional)
* Generate qualified leads for:
* Smile makeovers
* Veneers
* Invisalign/aligners
* Dental implants
* Facial aesthetic treatments
* Manage campaign budgets and improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
* Build high-converting landing pages and funnels
* Track and analyze KPIs such as:
* Cost per lead
* Conversion rate
* Appointment bookings
* Patient acquisition cost
* Coordinate with content creators, videographers, and clinic management
* Suggest creative ad concepts, reels, and campaign strategies
* Run remarketing and retargeting campaigns
* Maintain monthly performance reports and insights
* Stay updated with digital marketing trends, AI tools, and healthcare advertising policies
