Job Description – MIS Executive / Data Analyst (Automation & Process Improvement)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and automation-oriented professional for our MIS team who can handle data management, reporting, business analysis, and workflow automation.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in reporting tools, data analysis, dashboard creation, and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work across departments.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports
• Develop and manage dynamic dashboards for management reporting
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reporting consistency
• Generate analytical reports for Sales, Operations, Production, Inventory, Finance, etc.

Data Analysis

• Analyze large datasets and provide actionable business insights
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Support management in data-driven decision-making
• Work on KPI tracking and performance analysis

Automation & Process Improvement

• Automate repetitive business processes and reports
• Develop workflow automation using Google Apps Script, VBA, Macros, etc.
• Build internal applications/tools using AppSheet or similar platforms
• Improve existing systems and reduce manual dependency

Dashboard & System Development

• Create interactive dashboards in Power BI / Google Sheets / Excel
• Integrate and manage data from multiple sources
• Support ERP and internal system data management

• VBA & Macros
• Google Sheets (Advanced Level)
• Google Apps Script
• Power BI Dashboard Development
• SQL / Database Querying
• Strong Data Analysis & Logical Thinking

Preferred / Additional Skills

• Python for automation and data processing
• AppSheet / No-Code Application Development
• API Integration knowledge
• ERP system exposure (ERPNext preferred)
• Process automation experience

• Capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines

Educational Qualification

• Graduate / Post Graduate in IT, Computer Applications, Engineering, Commerce, Data Analytics, or related field
