Job SummaryWe are looking for a Male Phlebotomist responsible for blood sample collection from home-collection patients, OPD clients, health camps, and corporate medical checkups. The candidate will also assist in managing and coordinating sample collection activities during corporate health checkup programs.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform blood sample collection from home-collection patients, OPD clients, and corporate clients.
• Handle venipuncture, blood collection, labeling, and proper sample handling as per laboratory SOPs.
• Conduct sample collection during health camps and corporate health checkup camps.
• Manage and coordinate sample collection for corporate medical checkup programs.
• Ensure all patient details, sample labels, TRFs, and required documents are correctly completed.
• Maintain proper sample identification, storage, transportation, and handover to the laboratory.
• Follow all infection-control, hygiene, safety, and biomedical-waste-disposal procedures.
• Coordinate with the laboratory and operations team regarding sample collection and pending cases.
• Visit corporate locations and homes as required for sample collection.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned home collections and corporate camp activities.
• Handle patients professionally and provide a positive customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of phlebotomy equipment.
• Report any sample-related issues, rejected samples, or collection difficulties to the concerned supervisor immediately.
• Support the team in other laboratory and corporate health-checkup activities when required.
• RequirementsQualification: DMLT / B.Sc. MLT / relevant phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in phlebotomy, home collection, diagnostic laboratory, or corporate health camps preferred.
• Good knowledge of blood collection and sample handling procedures.
• Comfortable travelling for home collections and corporate health camps.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Male candidate preferred due to the requirement for regular field/home visits.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an advantage.
