Sales Coordinator

A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, maintaining customer data, and facilitating communication to ensure sales goals are met. They act as a liaison between sales reps and clients, coordinate schedules, prepare sales reports, and assist with marketing materials to optimize sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Entering, processing, and tracking customer orders through CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ensuring accuracy.
• Sales Support: Assisting sales staff with proposals, contracts, presentations, and sales reports.
• Customer Communication: Answering client inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues, and maintaining client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM software.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Education: A degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
