Job Description
EVENT MANAGEMENT & EXHIBITION & PROMOTION COMPANY .
NO 1 - Contacting potential or existing clients to promote our services, using scripts, and answering questions about the company or services .Mail the quotation & proposal etc .
NO 2 - Lead Generation: Identifying and generating new leads, setting appointments and following up on existing leads.
NO 3-Client Relationship Management: Building rapport with clients , understanding their needs, and providing solutions to build trust and loyalty.
NO 4 -Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and resolve issues.
NO 5 - Sales and Negotiation: Proven sales and negotiation skills to close deals and meet targets.
NO 6 -Client Service: Ability to provide exceptional customer service, handle complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
NO 7-Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines to.
