Location: Queen Margherita's Pizzeria

Job Summary:The Guest Service Associate at Queen Margherita’s Pizzeria is responsible for delivering a warm, friendly, and efficient dining experience. As the face of the restaurant, you will greet guests, manage seating, assist with orders, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied with both service and food quality.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests with a friendly and energetic attitude
• Manage table seating, waitlists, and reservations efficiently
• Present menus and explain dishes, including signature pizzas and specials
• Take dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders accurately
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely food delivery
• Handle billing, payments, and POS transactions
• Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
• Support team members during busy service hours
• Promote specials, combos, and upsell menu items
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Basic POS and cash-handling skills
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service (Italian cuisine is a plus)
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality preferred
