Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth for our Hospital Information System (HIS) solutions.

The role involves lead generation, client engagement, product positioning, and deal closure with hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Identify and generate leads from:
  • Hospitals
  • Nursing homes
  • Medical colleges
  • Conduct product presentations and demo coordination
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable HIS solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle:
  • Lead → Demo → Proposal → Closure
  • Follow up with prospects and convert into customers
  • Maintain strong relationships with hospital decision-makers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Marketing: Execute digital and offline marketing activities
  • Support campaigns across:
  • LinkedIn
  • WhatsApp
  • Email marketing
  • Coordinate with internal teams for:
  • Content
  • Creatives
  • Campaign execution
  • Assist in organizing:
  • Events
  • Conferences
  • Exhibitions
  • Build brand visibility within the healthcare ecosystem
  • Client Engagement Interact with:
  • Hospital owners
  • Administrators
  • IT heads
  • Understand hospital workflows and pain points
  • Position Caresoft as a solution-driven partner


  • Skills Required: Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain software solutions
  • Good negotiation and closing skills
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales process
  • Ability to build relationships and trust


  • Experience 1–5 years in Sales / Marketing / Business Development


  • Experience in healthcare, IT, or SaaS is preferred
  • Key CompetenciesTarget-driven and result-oriented
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups
  • Strong coordination and teamwork skills
