Telecalling Executive

Roles and Responsibilities: Tele caller - Health expert (sales)

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or service
• Answer questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Complete monthly sales targets.
• Update customer information in the database.
• Take and process order in an accurate manner.
• Keep records of calls, sales & note useful information.
• Ability to learn about the products and services
• Provide information about our Ayurvedic products and services
• Guide customers towards suitable products for their well-being
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for future reference
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
• Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
• Follow-up with customers & internal team.
• Should be a good seller and understand the customer requirement and based on the same should be able to sale the product/medicine.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 6 months experience with proof
• Candidates from science background/Healthcare is a plus not mandatory.
• Should be able to work full time (Part time & WFH not available)
• Sales skill
• Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle pressure
• Strong Inbound / Outbound call handling Experience.
• Should be open minded and ready to learn.
• Patience and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Cool- tempered & able to handle rejection.
• Good interpersonal & Communication skills

• 7 days training will be provided (paid )

* Duty time - 10 AM - 7 PM

* Monday to Saturday

* Salary :- 13K to 18K (Depend upon interview and skills )
