Property Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk & Guest Handling

• Manage daily front desk operations including check-ins and check-outs
• Handle reservations, walk-ins, and booking platform updates
• Respond to guest queries via phone, email, and in person
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly

2. Property Operations

• Oversee daily hostel operations including housekeeping and maintenance
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of rooms and common areas
• Conduct regular property inspections

3. Guest Experience & Community

• Create a friendly, welcoming environment for guests
• Organize small events or activities to enhance guest engagement
• Maintain a positive hostel atmosphere

4. Staff Coordination

• Supervise housekeeping and support staff
• Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
• Step in to support operations when needed

5. Booking & Revenue Management

• Manage OTA platforms (Booking.com, Hostelworld, etc.)
• Track occupancy, pricing, and availability
• Optimize revenue through pricing and promotions

6. Administration & Compliance

• Maintain guest records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
• Handle basic accounting, cash management, and reporting
