Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and communicative individual to join our team as a Delegate Acquisition Specialist. This entry-level role offers freshers an exciting opportunity to develop their career in events and sales, gaining experience in customer engagement, research, and professional communication. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high attendance at our conferences and events by identifying, reaching out to, and engaging potential delegates.
Requirements:
Fresh Graduates/Non-Graduates are welcome.
Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
Basic computer skills (like Microsoft Word and Excel).
Interest in events, conferences, or connecting with people.
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
Any experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles (internships or part-time jobs count!).
Familiarity with LinkedIn or similar platforms for professional networking.
