Business Development Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Associate for a field-based role. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, building relationships, and driving business growth through direct interaction and on-ground sales efforts.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and market research
• Meet potential clients in person to present products/services and convert leads into customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market surveys to understand customer needs and competitor activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities
• Provide regular updates and reports to management
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (field experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
