Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven individual to handle Sales & Marketing for our logistics business. The role focuses on converting cold leads into business opportunities and building a consistent lead generation system for B2B clients.

This is not a passive role — we need someone who can take ownership, follow up aggressively, and bring structured growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call existing cold leads and convert them into meetings
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients
• Maintain daily follow-ups with prospects and active clients
• Build and manage a structured sales pipeline
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for lead generation
• Identify and target B2B companies requiring 3PL logistics services
• Generate inbound leads through platforms, campaigns, and outreach
• Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, and conversions

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English required)
• Confidence in cold calling and client interaction
• Basic understanding of B2B sales or willingness to learn
• Interest in digital marketing (LinkedIn, Google, WhatsApp outreach, etc.)
• Self-driven, disciplined, and consistent in follow-ups
