Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Telecallers and Sales Executives to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and assisting clients in property site visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally
• Generate and manage new leads
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits
• Follow up with clients regularly
• Explain project details and pricing to customers
• Maintain customer data and update records
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Ability to work with targets
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
• Local area knowledge is preferred

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
