Job Description
Job Title: Lab Technician
Location: Moga, Punjab
Organization: Laboratory
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Lab Technician to perform routine diagnostic tests, handle laboratory equipment, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine hematology, biochemistry, and immunology tests
- Handle sample collection, Home collections, labeling, and processing
- Operate and maintain lab equipment (semi-auto / fully auto analyzers)
- Ensure accuracy and quality control of test results
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Follow laboratory safety and hygiene protocols
- Coordinate with doctors and staff for timely report delivery
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of lab procedures and instruments
- Ability to handle automated analyzers
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer knowledge (LIS/reporting software)
- Good communication skills
Qualification:
- BSc MLT / DMLT (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred
Salary:
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
Working Hours:
- 10 hours shift
- Sunday Half day
