Experience: 1-2 years in billing/accounting, with proven Tally ERP 9/GST expertise  

Salary: Competitive, based on experience (₹15,000 - ₹20,000 PM + incentives)

Job Summary  

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage daily invoicing, sales tracking, and customer interactions for our electricals, hardware, paint, and sanitary retail business. The ideal candidate excels in Tally software, ensures accurate GST-compliant billing, and builds strong customer relationships to drive repeat sales.

Key Responsibilities  

- Handle end-to-end daily billing using Tally ERP 9, including invoice generation, stock updates, and GST filings.  

- Track and report daily sales, reconcile accounts, and manage payments/receipts.  

- Interact with customers in-store and via phone/email to process orders, resolve queries, and upsell products like electrical fittings, paints, and sanitaryware.  

- Maintain inventory records for hardware, paints, electricals, and sanitary items; flag low stock and assist in procurement.  

- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and generate monthly/quarterly reports.  

- Coordinate with sales team for order fulfillment and handle returns/exchanges efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications  

- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 (must-have; GST, inventory, and multi-user modules).  

- Strong knowledge of billing processes, sales reconciliation, and customer service in retail (electricals/hardware/paint/sanitary experience preferred).  

- Excellent numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and MS Excel skills.  

- Good communication in English and Hindi; ability to handle 50+ customer interactions daily.  

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; certification in Tally/GST is a plus.
