Job Description

As one of India’s trusted B2B travel companies, we work closely with travel agents and DMCs nationwide, offering handpicked hotel partnerships, seamless itinerary planning, competitive pricing, and reliable backend support to help our partners deliver exceptional journeys to their clients.

We are currently looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our growing team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Explain company services and travel products to potential partners and clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.
  • Handle queries, follow-ups, and lead generation.
  • Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to convince and build relationships.
  • Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
  • Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
