- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel clients regarding Canada PR, Study Visa, Visitor Visa, and other immigration pathways
- Understand client profiles and suggest the most suitable visa options
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Maintain proper client records and documentation
- Provide accurate information about processes, timelines, and eligibility
- Coordinate with the backend team for smooth application processing
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- ✅ RequirementsMinimum Graduate (any stream)
- Experience in immigration/visa counselling preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of Canada immigration programs (e.g., Express Entry, PNP, Study Visa)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Positive attitude and professional approach
