Visa / Immigration Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, guide clients about immigration and study visa services, and convert leads into successful applications. The role requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of immigration processes, and a sales-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads
• Handle inbound inquiries related to immigration and visa services
• Explain immigration programs, visa types, and eligibility criteria
• Schedule appointments for counsellors or senior consultants
• Maintain and update client data in CRM systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into applications
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• Basic knowledge of immigration/study visa processes preferred
• Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support (0–2 years)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
