Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with hands-on experience in Odoo software. The ideal candidate should be experienced in accounting operations, invoice raising, follow-ups, data entry, and basic HR operations, with a professional and soft-spoken attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Odoo ERP
  • Raise invoices and ensure timely billing
  • Handle follow-ups (FUPs) for payments and documentation
  • Perform accurate data entry of financial and HR-related records
  • Maintain accounting books, vouchers, and financial reports
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting
  • Practical experience with Odoo software
  • Experience in invoice raising, follow-ups, and data entry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Soft-spoken, decent, and professional personality

Preferred Candidate:

  • Immediate or short notice joiner
  • Based in or willing to work from Mohali
