Job Title: Accountant Executive

Location: Plot No. 51, Sector 82, Mohali

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant Executive to manage daily financial operations and ensure accuracy in accounting records. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be comfortable working with financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel, or similar tools)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with GST filings and tax regulations
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
