Title : Customer Care Coordinator

Location: Mohali

Shifts : Rotational Shifts (Day/Night)


NEED IMMEDIATE JOINERS


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve complaints and provide timely solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery
  • Maintain customer records and CRM updates
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or support roles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
