Accounts and Finance Executive

• Accounts: Prepare and maintain day-to-day accounting records.
• Generate client invoices and maintain billing records.
• Record receipts, payments, expenses, and bank transactions.
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain cash flow records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare salary sheets and payroll calculations.
• Coordinate with the CA for monthly and annual financial requirements.
• Maintain vendor payments and purchase records.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
• Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, and employee files.
• Maintain employee documentation and statutory records.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and schedule interviews.
• Assist in employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Maintain manpower deployment records.
• Coordinate with Operations for attendance, salary, and documentation.
• Support management in daily administrative activities.

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts or HR.
• Freshers with excellent knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (Tally/Busy or similar).
• Knowledge of payroll, GST, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Employee Provident Fund (PF) contribution will be deducted from the salary as per applicable government rules.

Professional Tax (if applicable) and other statutory deductions will also be made in accordance with government regulations.

The final in-hand salary will be after applicable statutory deductions.
