Circle TES lead is responsible for Customer Opportunity - Feasibility, Service delivery and operations Life cycle management. This role will be accountable for Project Planning, Implementation, Schedule regular review meetings with customers and internal business to ensure customer deliverables as per agreement. Also ensure Committed SLA’s are maintained during life cycle management.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Accountable for end to end Enterprise customer experience management at circle.
  • Supports business team for technically viable solutions in collaboration with circle network team. Provide commercially viable and optimized solution for customer business case.
  • Responsible for Order to activation and customer life cycle management.
  • Acts as a SPOC to manage escalation for all Service Operations and maintain committed SLA’s of uptime for enterprise customers.
  • Lead a team that delivers and maintains fixed line services as per committed TAT and SLA’s for Enterprise customers both domestic and global.
  • Governance of MS partner / Off-net service providers/ circle SD teams
  • Engagement with cross functional team to enhance Order conversion to delivery and support business to accelerate the revenue realisation.

  • Good stakeholder-management skills to interface with circle business heads, Circle CTO’s and Segment Business Heads.
  • Proven people management skills
  • Effective communication and inter-personal skills
  • Proactive in approach with positive attitude
  • Experience of working in a Telecom service delivery / Operations function
  • Experience with Data Networking platforms and Enterprise products & services
  • Project Management and people skills


Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • B-Tech Electronics and Telecommunications with 15+ years of experience in the field of project management, Data Communications, Telecom and networking.
