About Pilates Social Club
Pilates Social Club (PSC) is Mohali's newest boutique fitness studio offering Reformer Pilates, Barre, and Spinning. Our Fuel Bar is an in-house nutrition counter serving functional elixirs, energy drinks, protein shakes, cold-pressed drinks, and clean power snacks all made with real ingredients.
About the Role
We are looking for a Barista & Beverage Specialist to run the Fuel Bar. You will prepare our full menu from adaptogen lattes and collagen smoothies to pre/post-workout energy drinks with precision, consistency, and warmth. You are the first thing our members reach for after class.
What You Will Do
- Prepare all Fuel Bar beverages: energy drinks, protein shakes, functional elixirs, cold-pressed drinks, and adaptogen lattes
- Develop and test new drink recipes in line with PSC's clean ingredient philosophy
- Prep ingredients, portion servings, and keep the bar stocked and ready before each shift
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-stocked bar at all times
- Engage with members, understand their goals, and make the right recommendations
- Handle billing, track inventory, and flag reorder needs
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years experience in a café, juice bar, nutrition counter, or beverage role
- Hands-on experience preparing energy drinks, sports nutrition beverages, or functional blends
- Comfortable with blenders, cold-press equipment, and espresso machines
- Familiarity with ingredients like electrolytes, hemp hearts, ashwagandha, or collagen
- Friendly, reliable, and presentable comfortable with a premium wellness clientele
- Prep ingredients, portion servings, and keep the bar stocked and ready before each shift
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-stocked bar at all times
- Engage with members, understand their goals, and make the right recommendations
