Job Description

  • We are seeking a Telecaller Collection Executive for this profile.The role involves contacting customers on calls and recover on payments, on call we recovered the payments from customers,and ensuring timely updates in the CRM system. Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations during all collection activities.Customer handling and communication skills.Recovery and settlement targets
