Branch Manager- ( Immigration)

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to lead and manage our immigration office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, driving sales, managing staff, ensuring high-quality client service, and achieving branch targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of immigration consultants and support staff
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets
• Develop and implement strategies to increase client acquisition
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws, policies, and company guidelines
• Handle escalated client queries and provide effective resolutions
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
• Prepare and present reports on branch performance to senior management
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
